In 2002 an agreement granting AMT&C an exclusive distributor status was reached with Tianjiao International Trading Co.(USA), Inc., DBA Baotou Steel & Rare Earth Co., which is owned by China's largest rare earth mining and processing company - Baotou Iron & Steel Company.
