SPM magnetic assemblies

Significant number of types of physical nanostructures, which are investigated by advanced SPM methods (like STM, MFM, TEM techniques), reveal a strong interaction between their electronic, spin and lattice subsystems. These effects are widely presented in such nanosized structures as ultrathin layers, nanowires, surfaces, molecular clusters and nanoparticles. Thus, magnetic field can substantially affect the structures under experimental study and be considered as one of most powerful instrument for nanoscale microscopic researches, as well as for magnetic materials study.
